Technically I don’t think it can be since the DEM Convention nominated the two, Obama/Biden, and that’s what on various State’s ballots.

That said ... it is the Dems and they pretty much do what ever they want, so a Obama/H. Clinton ticket is their over-ride they’ll do it. (Remember Howard Dean and the Primary fiasco’s of FL and MI).

But my money would be on Hillary returning to the Senate to wait for 2012 and kick Harry Reid to the curb to be assume the duties of and be coronated as the Majority Leader (or Minority Leader depending on the November elections).

That’s what I was wondering...aren’t there rules and procedures that need to be followed? Obama miscalculated but the Dems are in danger of making themselves even more ridiculouos...they are always extending voting hours, trying to stretch deadlines, trying to win no matter the consequences to order and the rule of law...not to mention the lying and the broken promises...the only thing they seem sure of is that abortion is good and Bush is bad.
