Disrespectful.
Ouch! That’s going to leave a mark.
Obama doesn’t know who his is running against.
Poor obama doesn’t know which way is up these days!!! I love the McCain campaign. I never expected this from them.
Palin would go to war with Russia if they "attacked another country"-DEBUNKED
Palin did not know the "Bush Doctrine"-DEBUNKED
You can't see Russia from Alaska-DEBUNKED
Palin said "Our national leaders are sending them (our troops) out on a task that is from God,-DEBUNKED
Palin thinks Dinosaurs were around 4,000 years ago (as actor Matt Damon mentioned)-DEBUNKED
Palin claiming Iraq behind 9-11-DEBUNKED BELOW: This Washington Post page A1 story claims "Palin Links Iraq to 9/11, A View Discarded by Bush"
"Gov. Sarah Palin linked the war in Iraq with the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, telling an Iraq-bound brigade of soldiers that included her son that they would "defend the innocent from the enemies who planned and carried out and rejoiced in the death of thousands of Americans."
Nowhere in the article does it quote Palin saying Iraq was behind 9-11. It was al Qaeda who "planned and carried out and rejoiced in the death of thousands of Americans".
According to Obama's own website:
"Under the Obama plan, a residual force will remain in Iraq and in the region to conduct targeted counter-terrorism missions against al Qaeda in Iraq"
So Obama promises to keep troops in Iraq to fight al Qaeda, the group who carried out 9-11, just like Palins son will be doing.
Isnt this really strange? We have Obama running against Palin. Shouldnt Obama (a presidential candidate) be running against McCain (a presidential candidate)? Why is he picking on the Republican VP candidate and not his counterpart? He is so pathetic, he is going after a woman in a skirt with 5 kids. He cant even fight on his own and, now, is crying like a baby for help from tramps to go against a REAL woman. This is getting better and better each day. LOL
Yes, it looks better and better, and McCain looks more and more presidential, at least in comparison to Obama who now is running for the vice-presidency.
:-)
The conservative intelligentia are clammoring for an end to sexism card.
I say keep it up.
The left and their victimhood agenda has come home to roost IMO.
Agreed, keep the Dems on the defensive....they are not used to being there and are not good at it.
I agree! Some poster say that it’s time to stop this and move on...I disagree, these ads are NOT intented for the CHOIR but for those undicided voters! KEEP IT UP!! You GO girl!!!
McCain is riding high on his vp choice. Now rather than promoting his own platform, he is using her in his anti-Obama spots.
How much attention will McCain pay to his vice president, if elected? We have the power to place him in the White House, but do we have the power to insist he include her in his decision making once there? Or are we just being duped by a clever politician?
Great media move— the female narrator sounds thoroughly po’ed.
House, but do we have the power to insist he include her in his decision making once there? Or are we just being duped by a clever politician?
That is a silly question. Who ever demanded a President give a VP decision making power. We vote for a President, not VP, but the clever man knows who helped him get there...and McCain is not only clever, unlike what happened with Bush, he will work as the military man he came from and I believe, set it up so that the succession of Presidents will be Republican....not a businessman like Cheney as dead weight to take away any chance as a VP next in line. That was a stupid move.
The hand wringers at the American Spectator think this ad is just awful.
They also thought Palin was a disaster last night and some of them were not thrilled with her from the get go.
And no way will Republicans make gains in Congress-in fact they will lose seats.
Perhaps some of these sights have been hacked by the left.
My wife thought the ad would sting.
No more happy smiling Barry in the McCain ads, now.
Angry, black man Barry is now front and center.
My wife gasped when she saw Obama making his pig comment.
Glenn Beck said his wife did the same thing.
McCain’s team knows their audience.
The Republicans need to be careful not to over play this angle. It risks making Sarah look like a victim which she is definitely not. One of the things that many of the women I know like about her that she doesn’t and hasn’t played the victim card like the liberal women do.
I agree. This victim theme smacks of political correctness which is not what we stand for.
Sarah can handle the attacks and is being diminished by this approach.
Sorry, buddy, but in case you haven’t noticed, the American people are excited about Palin, not McCain. It wasn’t until he named her that his campaign began to wake up. He was dead in the water without her. The people will be voting for her, more than for McCain. (McCain-Feingold, McCain-Kennedy Amnesty).
Don’t think for a minute that Bush doesn’t listen to Cheney, but then they are both CFR globalists, as are both McCain and Obama.
The pressure on McCain to include Palin in his decision making must be done before the election. Once he’s in office, he answers to no one..... somewhat like Bush and his open border policy,(which the American people rebelled against twice), and his refusal to exonerate Ramos and Compean.
Convince me that McCain isn’t using this very capable and popular Governor as a smoke screen.
Are you or anyone else aware of a post or website that has a comprehensive running list of Palin allegations and the evidence debunking them? I am aware of most of the rebuttals but would like to be able to have a reference when I talk to my liberal friends. Thanks.
