I agree she seemed nervous at certain points, which disappointed me. She did turn it around here & there, owever, when she could interject an opinion she was prepared for. I didn't like the way Gibson treated her, however he had me thinking, "Wow, this woman could really be president someday, maybe even "sooner" then we think...and would I feel comfortable with that?"

Now, I like Sarah & thought McCain rocked the world with this pick! But if, God forbid, McCain drops dead within a short period of time, is a "President Palin" ready to lead my country in all aspects of the job? Jeez, I don't know. I know she has more exec. exp. then the others, but this interview did raise some doubts for me. But, McCuda's the best we got for now so...gotta run with it.

I've asked myself the same question.
And after looking at the qualifications of Obama and Biden,
find myself falling back on something said by the recently-
departed William F. Buckley:
"I would rather be governed by the first 2000 names in the Boston
phone book than by the Harvard faculty."

I know that's a simplistic way out of this situation.
But I don't think it's totally off-target.

As I find Obama AND Biden as real liabilities if confered the
awesome powers of the office of The President of The United
States of America.

I think her slight nervousness revealed her perspective of the Office she might hold. She sees the awesomeness of the responsibility, and the hard reality of the world we live in. There are no rose colored glasses that we “can all just get along” that the liberal establishment see the world stage through. I don’t think the likes of Obama or Biden are serious enough to look at that position as a burden and a duty rather than a power trip or ego boost.

What doubts did the interview raise with you?
