Are you watching Fox News? It happened there, twice actually. I ended up turning to CNN. It seems Fox always has technical difficulties when doing this type of stuff.

Same thing on CSPAN. Just terrible with a high pitched beep also.

I switched to CNN also, Fox is having problems and I haven't noticed any sound
problems on CNN yet.
