I don't think any reasonable person doubts he's a stubborn dude. The Vietnamese are hoping he'll win out of respect for him.

Winning a war is about breaking the will of your enemy. The will of Obama and other Liberals is always broken if it's put up against a foreign foe even before the fight is joined. They've a strong will for power, but are otherwise seriously lacking in any backbone.
