The timing is suspect. Biden saying Hillary is qualified to be veep and prez, and then this statement by BC seems planned. I think they are sticking their collective toe in the water to see how their base might react to the idea of dropping Biden for Hillary. However, that could backfire as well....like a fairy tale, the young maiden set upon by the jealous old witch.....it makes the public want to drop a house on the witch so they all can live happliy ever after.
