Well - if there is any truth to these “sealed records” I hope they don’t get announced for Track’s sake. (A quick search found that if anyone goes to the court and asks about them the court (or whoever) legally has to say “We have no record of any documents” (or something like that -at least in the state I was looking at).

On the other hand, for Sarah’s sake, I’m pretty sure it would enhance her reputation if the only dirt they could find was that as a Mom she once had to deal with a son that used to throw rotten eggs at the school bus and set off strings of firecrackers in the school courtyard using a cigarette as a time-delay fuse and got caught shoplifting a Hot Wheel car.... well - nevermind. ;)

True. In Alaska it is a crime to reveal the contents of records under seal by the Court. Which is not to say is never happens.

Still, I can’t imagine how that family must feel, sending off their first born to Iraq under these circumstances.
I pray they keep Faith and not lose heart.
