Amendment 14: All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.

Thats my point.. it hasn't been discussed, as far as I know, as a part of the pro-life stance, and also the issue of how to protect a new citizen when they are born in an abortion clinic has not been addressed as far as I know, and I think that adding protections would be reasonable for us, and very impractical for abortion clinics and thus the procedure could be seriously reduced due to the enormous cost or protecting a citizen, should a birth happen rather than an abortion.
