Huckabee said that it was not an intended slur...I wasn’t sure either last night, but today it’s clear to me that it was.
ALSO, polls overwelmingly are saying that it was intentional...
As far as trust is concerned - I trust them as much as I trust Dan Rather and Marla Mapes.
The verdict is in - the issue has already been decided by women and it is not in favor of Obama.
Lingering female resentment from the democrat primaries and the offense taken at the unfair attacks against Sarah have created a powder keg waiting to explode.
Nothing the Obama camp or any of their media apologists do can help Obama convince people he did not intend to offend Sarah with the PIG comment.
The longer they keep the issue open, the better for McCain/Palin.
Never trust ABC. They are as bad as the rest. Their reporting has been anti-Palin for the past 2 weeks.
While the report (at the every end, mind you) put to rest the alleged banned book list as being false, and conceded no actual books had been ever been requested to be banned, it had all the "danger, danger Will Robinson" terse descriptors plus relied heavily on supposed "eyewitness" testimony from Anne Kilkenny, who's been discussed at other FREEPER threads (see last Sunday...can anybody find those Sunday threads or other info on Kilkenny & link to them?). I recall Kilkenny as having been somehow linked to a negative Palin e-mail sent from a supposed local resident to "family and friends").
it’s not difficult to imagine all those self-appointed intellectual geniuses gathered together in the conference rooms at abc hiding behind the first amendment.
nothing but a bunch of mobil phalusses in the process of triangulating, plotting, machinating and just plain playing games with the ability to transmit democrat/socialist propaganda.
ABC Radio Networks has a very biased news operation ... it’s the radio equivalent of MSNBC.
I bet they used a McCain Voice Impersonator to utter the phase “Lipstick on a Pig”.
I am positive the McCain would have never in his entire life used such a phrase.

Seems to me ABC, and the likes of them are currently preaching to the choir. The long established choir.
That news report last night posted here at FR about how the Congressional races we never hear about have turned in favor of Republicans due the also never heard about “coattails” of the McCain/Palin ticket.
To me this indicates what I started with here, that the alphabets are preaching to their Leftist choir, and the independents, as well the undecided’s are seriously embracing the McCain/Palin ticket.
Seems the more they assault McCain/Palin, the sought after Independents and Undecideds of the electorate embrace them.
At a point in time they will have to change their tactics and address the real issues. Then we have to hope the electorate remembers who was pressing those issues originally, thus most likely to address them once elected.
Palin needs to trade her “intervies” Hit Piece” with Charlie Gibson for a sit down with Brit Hume.
ABC has been more than blatant in their trashing of President Bush and their continuing support for the Philanderer in Chief- Bill Clinton.
Watch thir “ribbon” under the 2 hours of their morning show and you might catch what I am talking about.
I try to like Robin, but Diane is getting so bad, I fully expect her to show up some morning with an Nobama sticker on her forehead.
I stopped watching the big 3 broadcasters 12 years ago, and until I had seen "Fox" news, I didn't even realize how biased either of them had been.
Now that I know better, I wouldn't watch them even if they paid me.
Like all liberal democraps, they never get a story right, and their opinion is worthless dribble.
ABC ran the same hit piece on their national evening news. They showed John McCain saying ‘lipstick on a pig’ about Hillary Clinton’s health care plan three times.
Charles Gibson and Snuffalupagus had their grinning faces right in the center of it.
