Truly they are the gift that keeps giving. I almost have hope now... hope for a loss of seats in the Senate and House as well!
Just checking on a theory, if you don’t mind.
My theory is that women who have abortions all regret what they’ve done,
but some spend the rest of their lives justifying it and claiming that it wasn’t wrong,
while others handle the regret better by repenting and working to try to make it right.
These people going off the cliff don’t even understand who many of their voters have been in the past. I have known many democrat women and nearly all of them either didn’t really support abortion, or just thought “other women should have that right if they wanted it” and many are Christian and white and etc, etc. In fact the dem women I know, I have long wondered why they were dems to begin with. The answer to that is the dems were known as the party that supported women’s causes, and cared about people and so on. It seems to me the dems are running off much of their support, mistakenly thinking that all the dems think like the most radical of the party.
I think we are witnessing the meltdown of a party, not just the meltdown of a candidate. There seems to be a big rift between the old school democrats and the far left radicals. This is getting to be very good entertainment if nothing else.
Fits perfectly...
Why is it that your Prochoice females always seem to look like they would never need an abortion, since it’s doubtful that they’ve ever had sex.
I’ve noticed for days now that on RCPs more than 60% of the articles are about Palin. It’s amazing. And each day something new happens that pegs Obama straight up against her instead of McCain who’s looking more and more like he had a mainline shot of Viagra.
This is just an attempt to distract America from the lipstick pig comment.
Looks like a man in drag to me.
Go to hell !
I am trying everything I can here not to break into a profanity laced rant. I thought these people were pro choice. Apparently they are only pro choice for those who make the choices they approve of !
go to hell !
So has this lady(?) had an abortion? Is that her ONLY qualification for office?
I think I may go overboard, but to me the Democrats is basically a fascist party.. They want to control everything under the guise of caring for the people..
Don Fowler, former chairman of the Democratic National Committee, Wednesday endorsed U.S. Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton of New York for president in 2008. Fowler is the husband of Carol Fowler, chairwoman of the S.C. Democratic Party. It is imperative that America elect a Democrat in 2008, Fowler said. Fowler said Clinton understands the U.S. government better than anyone else in the race and the challenges facing the middle class after seven years of the Bush Administration. Don Fowler was national party chairman under President Bill Clinton from 1995 to 1997 and is a close friend of the Clintons. Carol Fowler was elected S.C. state chairwoman in April. Don Fowler remains a member of the Democratic National Committee and a superdelegate to the partys convention in Denver in August 2008.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Donald_Fowler Donald L. Fowler (born 1935) served as National Chairman of the Democratic National Committee from 1995 to 1997. (Christopher J. Dodd served as "General Chairman" during this same period.) Fowler is a political science professor and businessman from South Carolina who has spent most of his adult life in various Democratic Party roles, including state party executive director, state party chair, and CEO of the 1988 Democratic National Convention in Atlanta.[1] Prior to the 1984 Democratic National Convention, he was appointed by party chairman Paul G. Kirk, Jr. to chair the "Fairness Commission," one of many Democratic commissions created to reform the presidential nomination process. Fowler's Fairness Commission banned winner-take-all districts in primaries and caucuses, expanded the reach of the 15% threshold rule, and increased the number of convention superdelegates from 568 in 1980 to 650 in 1988. Fowler's term as National Chairman included the 1996 presidential election between Bill Clinton and Bob Dole. As national chairman, Fowler ran the party's day-to-day operations, but Christopher Dodd, the general chairman, served as the party's public face. The two co-chair positions were established several times by President Clinton from 1995-2001, although the roles are usually combined. After Clinton's re-election, Fowler was accused of contacting the CIA about a businessman, Roger Tamraz, who had donated money to the Democratic party. His answer to questions from the US Senate about this was, "I have in the middle of the night--high noon--late in the afternoon--early in the morning, every hour of the day, for months now searched my memory about conversations with the CIA. And I have no memory, no memory of any conversation with the CIA." Fowler was never formally charged of any wrongdoing. Fowler remains active in Democratic politics as a member of the DNC. Following the 2006 midterm elections, in response to James Carville's call to remove Howard Dean as chair, Fowler e-mailed his fellow DNC members, saying, "Some ill-advised voices have suggested that, because of his 50-state strategy, Governor Dean should be replaced as Chair of the DNC. This is nonsense. The 50-state strategy is exactly what the Democratic Party needed and continues to need.... Democrats won a great victory on November 7 -- control of the United States House of Representatives, control of the United States Senate, majority of Governors, and majority of state legislative bodies. Why should anyone want to mess with the team that won these remarkable results? Governor Dean deserves to continue as DNC Chair."[2] Fowler earned a degree in psychology from Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina, in 1957 where he had his basketball jersey retired, was president of the student body, and became a member of Phi Beta Kappa. For his masters and doctoral degrees, he attended the University of Kentucky, a pioneering institution in the disciplines of political science and public administration. He has taught public administration and American politics at the University of South Carolina since 1964, and has taught at Wofford from time to time. He is also a retired colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve and a graduate of the U.S. Army War College. Fowler and his communications agency have handled state and federal government relations projects for a diverse group of clients. He also has carried out marketing studies, advertising, public relations and marketing programs for national and international clients. Fowler's son, Donnie Fowler, ran unsuccessfully for DNC chair in 2005. In August of 2008, on a flight from the DNC convention from Denver to Charlotte, NC, Fowler commented about an impending hurricane, Gustav, that was projected to make landfall near New Orleans at the time of the start of the Republican National Convention. In the private conversation, surreptitiously taped by conservative blogger Caleb Howe (aka Absentee of Redstate.com), Fowler said, "The hurricanes going to hit New Orleans about the time they start. The timing is at least it appears now that itll be there Monday. That just demonstrates that Gods on our side." Fowler has since apologized and claimed he was merely making a reference to comments made by the late Rev. Jerry Falwell following the September 11 attacks in 2001 though there is no mention of Falwell in the tape[citation needed]. Donnie Fowler http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Donnie_Fowler Donnie Fowler is an American political activist from Columbia, South Carolina, who now lives in San Francisco. He has worked in the technology, telecommunications, and political world for more than 20 years. Fowler has worked at the state and national level on the presidential campaigns of Dick Gephardt, Jesse Jackson, Bill Clinton, Al Gore, Wes Clark, and John Kerry and was a Clinton White House staffer and Federal Communications Commission appointee. Fowler was Al Gore's national field director during the 2000 presidential campaign, managing the in-state political operations for Gore's victory over Bill Bradley for the Democratic nomination and the popular vote victory over George W. Bush in the general election. He was General Wesley Clark's first campaign manager in 2003 and ran John Kerry's winning campaign in the state of Michigan, during the presidential election of 2004. Following that election, Fowler ran for the DNC Chairmanship, receiving the second highest-level of support behind eventual winner and former Vermont governor Howard Dean. Similar to Dean, Fowler called for the Democratic Party to broaden its approach to voters and look to state and county parties for its message and its growth. Fowler's time in the technology and telecommunications sector includes work at the Federal Communications Commission on broadband Internet, cable television, and satellite issues. He has a long history in Silicon Valley beginning as vice president of TechNet, a bipartisan policy and political network of CEOs and venture capitalists that promotes the growth of technology and the innovation economy. He currently works with the Silicon Valley headquartered and bipartisan Alliance for Climate Protection, chaired by Al Gore, that addresses climate change issues. Fowler is a graduate of the University of Virginia and the University of South Carolina School of Law. He is the son of former Democratic National Committee (DNC) Chairman Donald Fowler. I dont think so, I think it will draw more attention.
I am from S. Carolina and I am PISSED! No, she is not related to Donald Fowler. PLEASE call those tools at 803-799-7798 and give ‘em hell!!
ahhh the “cracker” vote...
Wow! She makes Hilary look pretty. She looks like Jimmy Carter in a pink dress.
Just made it worse.
These past couple of days have made it impossible for me to get anything done. Just when I think the ‘Rats can’t dig the hole any deeper, they do it again!
Thank goodness for the internet and especially, Free Republic. The vile, nasty Marxists can’t get away with their comments like they did in the past.
Does anyone know if this Carol Fowler is related to Don Fowler, who expressed joy at the prospect of Hurricane Gustav wiping out the GOP convention?
