If the Swedes are seriously building up their forces, and if the Finns will join them, Europe might not need any American help!

You might want to rethink that possibility. Though the last couple of times, in 1939 and 1959, it was material support rather than large numbers of troop strength that was useful.

Those boys killed off a lot of Russians. Around a million, according to Nikita Khrushchev.
