Ditto...
You couldn't possibly be more wrong, imho !
No one is going to believe Obama is the victim here. No one.
There is no way to not see the audience reaction to this. Agreed the campaign will move-on (pun-intended) but let this put the morning shows on defense. Then we drop it.
I asked the Mrs., who is a very successful professional woman, what she thought of the comment when she first heard it. I was surprised. Her exact words were "How stupid of a person do you have to be to think that is a smart thing to say? I can't get to the point of being offended by it because I can't get past how stupid it was."
When Matt Drudge, who gets like 6 million hits a day, puts up a headline, people will talk about that subject. I’m looking around ‘out there on the web’ to see if I can find a link (or verification) that Hillary Clinton did infact issue a ‘no comment’ when asked about the ‘lipstick/pig/fishy smell’ Obama speech. If that is found to be true, look for Drudge to put up his spinning light thingy...and this would be, as FReepers would say, hugh and series to the Obama campaign.
Disagree!
We have to go after Obama tough and hard on this outrageous remark.
What? Just a coincidence that Sarah had a “lipstick” line in her winning speech; and that evil Obama had a reference to “lipstick” in his speech today?
Don’t you believe it! The pig-lipstick remark was cold and calculated.
AND IT BACKFIRED BIGTIME!!!
