I was one of the millions of frustrated people a month ago. I gave McCain the benefit of the doubt, but wanted to know where on G*ds green earth he was most of the time. Some chalked it up to unfair press coverage.
Now I see the truth. Senator McCain was laying low. He didn’t want to win a summer battle. He wanted to win the war AFTER the conventions.
I thought his low key approach was a mistake all summer. It seemed like we were always hearing lies from the libs, but only our talk show hosts were responding and hitting back.
Senator McCain is running on offense right now. He is punching Obama hard with his own positions and words. Dems are on defense and Obama has the look of a despererate candidate.
Well done McCain. You’ve converted me to a passionate supporter. Instead of telling the RNC donation calls to “call me when you guys start acting like winners” I actually have begun donating again.
Don’t forget that he authored legislation that abridged freedom of speech in spite of his oath. Is shi**ing on the Constitution an acceptable campaign tactic?
