Uh...GWB was the first President to support and fund stem cell research. Stem cells and embryonic stem cells are two different arguments. Most of us support the only truly successful stem cell research, that is, non-embryonic stem cell research such as umbilical cord cells or auto-donor cells. Embryonic stem cell research has not proven much of a success in private or foreign labs.
