I eat a lot of venison. I enjoy it. Two yearlings or a doe and a fawn are just enough meat for me to run out a month before opening day...that way I'm
hungry when I hit the field.
The best trapping around here is muskrat, but it's an awful lot of work for very little return IMO. Mostly old timers and teenagers trap around here.
