I might miss the mark but here is why I think the media will continue to swing wildly and miss in a search for scandals involving Sarah Palin.

Generally, she does not fit into a category of people who tend to get involved in these things. She was not a high ranking member of her party prior to her being a Governor. She was not in a position for someone to offer her a quid pro quo. (Possibly on the energy commission she could have been in a position to receive special consideration, however her actions showed that she would have flatly turned away any unethical offers.) She was not providing services to the Government or involved in contracts. In other words, she is what she appears to be. She is a good American who didn't like the nonsense at her local level, and didn't like it at the State level. She acted instead of complained, and she acted ethically.

If the MSM wants scandal, they need only look in their own back yards, but they want to go to Alaska instead. I believe they are only going to find fools gold.
