The commie news network is working hard to trash a lot of people’s faith. (Communist hated religion) When they are done, maybe they could look into: (I borrow this from a prior freeper, thanks)

1. Investigate his associations with Bill Ayers.
2. Why his wife got a $200k raise at her hospital, which immediately got a $1 million earmark from Obama.
3. His lying about the Born Alive Infant Protection Act.
4. Tony Rezko, and how he helped Obama buy his $2 million dollar mansion.
5. Look into issues surrounding Joe Biden’s son.
6. Did Obama ever hold and Indonesian Citizenship (AP has photos of his school enrollment documents). Much more evidence than you have on some of these unfounded Palin smears.
7. What about his time and grades at Columbia?
Anyway, media this is a good place to start.

Even worse, I hear she believes Jesus isn’t a black man from Chicago who is running for President.

I don’t know that they are as stupid as they are isolated. If all of your friends and acquaintances believe exactly as you do, then you just reinforce each other’s ideas. I think that the Rabid Left may be in for a bit of a surprise this November. They think “We” are stupid, ignorant, and easily manipulated by their superior intelligence and sophisticated world view.

Tsk, tsk, tsk, the New York Times already did this “weird church” angle when John Ashcroft was made Attorney General. Yep, he is Assembly of God as well.

Synchronized religious hit pieces from CNN and MSNBC. They must have received their talking points fax late today.

Her pastor sounds pretty decent. What kind of a Christian is Jeremiah Wright?

Yes, Assemblies of God is a Pentecostal church. So what? If she was an Evangelical, they’d compare her to Hitler, and if she was Catholic, they’d probably dredge up Fr. Coughlan.

>>“Sarah Palin asked church members to pray for $30 billion natural gas pipeline in Alaska.”

ROTFLMAO!<<

I see nothing wrong with that.
You don’t get if you don’t ask.

Ya mean he's not? I read the NYTimes...are sure about this? If you are correct, I am going to need counseling...

Which one of us prayed that the enemy would be confused and look stupid.

Kudos to ya.

Another testament of answered prayer.

"end times" Like in the books of Daniel, Ezekiel Isaiah, Psalms, Matthew, Luke, Mark, and Revelation?

Exactly! Why does the newsmedia always trying to make news stories out of beliefs that have been in the Bible for 2,000 years? They act as if people are making these things up on their own. Pastors get persecuted for saying homosexuality leads to hell, rather than acknowledging that this is the Bible that says this. When someone suggests a calamity is God's judgment for sin, they're raked over the coals. This is a biblical principle. Why don't they just get to the real point and say "These people believe in the Bible! We must not tolerate that." This is starting to feel like some twisted kind of witch hunt, if you'll pardon the expression. Either that or they're just so ignorant of what the Bible says that they really do think people are making this stuff up.

I can’t believe our luck. Libs are sooo consumed with hate, esp towards religion, that they actually consider this a bad reflection. All it does, like attacking her experience, throw the spotlight back on BHO and on his “church”. Put the videos side by side and let the American people decide.

Oh, goody. Now lets discuss the creepy mixture of Christian-al jargon, Islam and Communism that makes up the teachings and preachings of Senator Obama’s church.

Bring it on, MSM.

There is NOTHING I would enjoy more than seeing the lovely Sarah! burst into a good ol’ fashioned pentecostal speaking in tongues episode, right there in the middle of the debate with Biden. What a blast! I can't imagine the effect it would have on Biden et al. Can you imagine what it would do to the Lefties/MSM if they get so upset by the idea she actually asked people to PRAY for her state and a needed infrastructure improvement!!

I ‘spect it would cost her the election, but it sure would be fun to watch! In fact, I'd like to see her do some things just to yank the MSM’s chain, like maybe produce a big ol’ gunney sack chock full of snakes and empty it on the floor at Biden’s feet. Of course they would common old corn snakes or something else harmless, but you can no on on the set of the debate would know the difference.

I am very comfortable with my God and know that He has made it possible for me to spend eternity with Him. I know this is not a very reverent idea, but the left just makes it so easy to have fun at their expense.

Off to pray for forgiveness now.

I’m not pentecost and my church believes in healing thru the power of prayer. Does it actually work? I don’t know but it gives you hope.

They complain she doesn't talk religion; but they bring it up, and will try to scare the voters about an overly religious Palin.

My father was Catholic and I lived with his mother a couple of years and went to Catholic church. My maternal grandmother was Pentecostal Holiness, and I lived with her some. They were both unusual women of faith and love, and hard work.

The Catholic Grandma lived in a big city and walked to her church often, to pray and light a candle to keep her prayer before God. She believed in praying for healing. Her oldest son had polio and the dr. said he would not survive--could not live outside an iron lung. She said he would; clapped the hat on her head and marched down to the church to pray and light a candle for weeks. He lived and became a successful businessman.

My Pentecostal grandma knew herbs and nursing the sick. She had a mare she rode when called out to dr.both black and white. She knew her limitations and often sent patients to the dr., which involved riding the train for a couple of hrs.

I have often thought the two religions closer than many believe--chiefly because both believe in the supernatural, spirits, healing, the Holy Trinity, good and evil. Both religions have peculiarities to people outside the faith.

Palin lives her religion; she knows as gov. or VP she is in a political position and does not use it to proselytize.

Campbell Brown is so puffed up and superior. I believe she and other media despise Gov. Sarah because they live in a styrofoam world--all their Greek columns are fake--just like their lives.
