I was there the crowd was HUGE! We couldn’t get inside but McCain and Palin came outside and spoke for a bit. Palin mingled with the crowd but the secret service hurried McCain off. Thousands were there today. It’s hard to get a good estimate though. I know they let around 3 thousand inside and there were thousands more outside. Astonishing admonition...when I see Sarah, part of me, deep down inside, hopes that he gives her just enough time to get up to speed on what she needs and then steps aside. Let her loose before she can possibly be corrupted by Washington politics.
