You did your bit. We need talk radio to take it from here. Although I don't think it would hurt to have a blitz on ebay to tell them democratic underground has through copyright infringement demeaned and put their company under disrepute.

Yep...that is what I hoped eBay would feel and take legal action for that infringement and putting eBay in disrepute. I hope I hear back from them soon. When I do, I will post it on FR. And they will be sure to know that FReepers caught this.
