Imagine what the numbers would look like if Gallup was honest and not a RAT house organ.
Michigan, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin are all in play for us as well. I'm not sure we will win any of them, but we don't need to in order to capture the White House. The mere fact that they are close has to be very encouraging for the McCain campaign.
This one's going to won on the ground. Neighbor talking to neighbor.
I think we are going to see McCain pull ahead now.
Obama has NOTHING, he has been exposed and since the Iraq war is going well, his major issue has been removed.
I think that board needs to be readjusted. No way Obama is ahead in the EC.
I’m not only feeling better about the Presidential but better about congress. I think they’ll still gain some seats but not the bloodbath feared.
The dems in 02 and 06 pounded on “It’s better if one party has congress and the other the Presidency” now let’s use that against them.
Flip NV and CO and we’ve got it.
And I think we’ll get them. And then some.
No slack Johnny Mac. Keep driving up his neagtives and get Sarah Palin in fron of as many people as possible.
Stop Hussein vote McCain.

I like it!
Very good!
“tuned in Air America this morning and they are going to start getting brutal. No nuclear. You have not seen nothing yet.”

Fortunately, they only have 3 listeners...:)
also think of the down ticket. in 2006, we lost the House because conservatives stayed home. Dems picked up seats in some conservative districts. This won’t be a problem again as we now have some extra enthusiasm.
Bet the toilets are filling up at the Snow-bama campaign.
We all better believe it- Obama IS leading in the EC votes. I postd this in response to several threads. Obama leads in the big highly populated states. McCain NEEDS to take two of Ohio, PA, MI, MN plus VA and FL to win.
Otherwise, the math doesn’t work and he loses by like 5 EC votes.
Think about, polling shows Obama leading the west coast from WA to CA. He is leading in the east coast from Maine to Virginia, with Virginia and the Carolinas in play. FL is a toss up. Obama also is leading in PA, OH, MN, MI, IL, WI and IA. Some of those states have big EC vote tallies.
McCain leads in a lot of states, but most of those states are single digit EC votes, except for Texas.
National polls are great, but I want to see big statewide swings in Obama states before I get comfortable.
McCain is going to win 40+ States.
For the country’s sake, I hope you are right that McCain will win all those states. Anything close like in 2000 and the dems are going to rev up the lawsuit machine and do everything they can to try and invalidate the election. I pray everyday that this election does not swing based on one state.
Oh and the electoral map is only showing the leader in a given state based on current polling data. We cannot hope or presume that McCain will win until the polling starts to shift. As flawed as polls can be, they are never THAT wrong across all those states. I agree however, that over the next 4 weeks polling will show states are going to shift from firmly dem to slightly dem - meaning a toss up and from too close to call to McCain red. I wish, really wish McCain could get California - that would send a HUGH message to the libs!!
But I share your convictions and hopes - McCain/Palin 40+ state victory!!! How glorious it will be!!!
Well at least your confident.
Good point, he will win the states that GwhORE & sKerry won decidedly for sure.
