Washington, DC -- A few weeks ago pro-abortion presidential candidate Barack Obama said he didn't know when human life began -- saying it was "above my pay grade." Today, the Democratic nominee said in a television interview that he was "too flip" in responding to the question.
When asked during the forum at Saddleback Church, Obama said last month "that whether you're looking at it from a theological perspective or a scientific perspective, answering that question with specificity, you know, is above my pay grade."

Generally speaking...a flip or flippant answer is quick and sarcastic.
His answer wasn’t flip or flippant. He spent 2 minutes of prologue before he got around to a fancy way of saying “I won’t answer that question.”
His answer was not flip, it was revealing.

"Obama has come under fire for his vastly pro-abortion position, including supporting virtually unlimited abortions paid for at taxpayer expense. He has also tried to deflect criticism that he misrepresented his votes in the Illinois legislature against bills that would have stopped infanticides." "Obama has also promised activists with Planned Parenthood, the nation's largest abortion business, that the first thing he would do as president is overturn every pro-life law in all 50 states."

Keep in mind that George S. was coaching Obama by suggesting that if he said his original answer was “flip”, he could resurrect himself.
George S. has not forgotten his Clinton Coaching days.

Speaking in that venue and he definitely brought his A attitude.
A for arrogant.

"flippant - Marked by disrespectful levity or casualness"
Yeah, sounds about right to me.

This is the basic problem with Bambi. He cannot have a position until after a focus group has given input and it has been thoroughly analyzed.

The forum was August 15th. It’s Sept 8. Why did it take Obama so long to “apologize” for his flippancy? Oh, right, it must be his eroded position in polling.

Most of Obama’s answers at Saddleback could be put in the ‘present’ category.

The pathetic thing is that if Bambi loses, the RATS will not really analyze what happened. They will attribute it to racism and continue to march down their RAT Hole.

The fact that his response to the question of when life starts was flippant, shows exactly what he truly thinks about the sanctity of life.

This was my take on this as well. Obama did not say his answer was “flip”. He agreed with George S. who said it for him!! One more example of the MSM being in the tank for O. Imagine them doing this for W?!
