Thanks AQ,yeah Cuba is not quite wide enough to kill Ike,it may regenerate to a cat 2 or 3 and then hit somewhere in Texas although they keep pointing it at NO.

I saw pictures somewhere on the web, can't recall where, of waves crashing over high rises on the Cuban Coast where it hit as a weak 4.

Thanks buddy, 50 foot waves Very possible on that coast of cuba since the water stays pretty deep almost to the coast, big waves don't get killed off.Plus this thing had been building for days an days with little to obstruct it,had to crash somewhere.
