Doing well, had gotten bad news about my Mac not being repairable. But two good news is that the data has been saved and of getting a Mac computer replacement. Had to deal with a sick cat last week. Now he is doing better. :)=^..^=

Looks like Cuba will take the brunt of the hurricane. The only possible danger would be “if” Ike goes into the Gulf, and becomes stronger again. But that is the extant of Ike.

OMGosh I’m getting emails about Sarah too. One yesterday from a very intelligent friend who bought the lie about Sarah’s library book banning list, because she read a vague paragraph about it in TIME online. I spent half the afternoon proving to her —with multiple links— that it was a lie, like most of the vicious media attacks on Palin.
Finally she told me “ok, I don’t really know if it happened or not.” So I said “Excuse me, yes you DO because I’m telling you it never happened!!”
She also quoted the TIME blurb to me and it referenced something somone might have said, and who “couldn’t be reached for comment.” How convenient.
