I know...another friend of mine who says she’s an ‘independent’ blames the economy and housing on BUSH and used the term “BIG OIL” and the high gas prices on him...and doesn’t want ‘more of the same’ even though she does not like Obama. I sent her all kinds of stuff on obama but still doesn’t want ‘more of the same’. I was shocked that she would even consider obama. She’s a religious woman but self sufficient and in debt....maybe she thinks Obama will help her out financially which is what I am thinking...I think Florida is going to Obama this year....we’ve been hit finacially with everythign in florida these past few years.....taxes, insurance, gas, electric, water.....etc....people are moving out in droves instead of coming here now....they tend to blame Republicans for that....

Have you tried the born-alive bills and obama’s stance on them? I went that route last week on someone who is a big lib and she and her husband, who live in Chicago, are of course supporting obama. When I elaborated on the born-alive bill she was outraged. Just before hanging up the phone, she called to her husband saying that I’d told her something about obama and he wasn’t gonna like it...
I told her to google Jill Stanek and make up her own mind. She was so outraged at the procedure that I think there’s hope for her.
