They presented all the known evidence to the investigators and had them write down who they thought Jack the Ripper was.
In the end every single one of them had written "Kosminsky".
Kominsky was always a known suspect by Scotland Yard. He was interviewed and monitored, but not arrested.
Went to London this summer, and took a tour with one of the leading Ripperologist, Donald Rumbelow. Proceeded to read his book as well. There are “problems” with all the leading candidates, but I’m sure it was one of the top 3 or 4 folks....

Was it Tumblety that later went to Central or South America and they had their own spate of prostitute murders?? I tend to think it was that guy....

Thats only a neat trick if they don’t give just evidence that only implicates Kosminski
