I am SHOCKED that the NY Slimes would engage in cheap, tawdry, crass capitalism by closing down this plant, rather than standing firm on a Marxist principles and employing these workers in make-work positions, as the government is supposed to do under similar circumstances.

I’m sorry for those who lost their jobs, but hopefully a lesson learned; printing lies, and stories that hurt your country will not be appreciated nor supported, by your subscribers!

Too bad management never diversified the company. I feel so sorry for the Sulzberger is stuck watching them lose millions

Under Trust documents ( used to protect heirs from FDR inheritance tax). Maybe they can sell the 1,ooo acre estate the family lives on. LOL

It appears NYT management would rather go out of business than provide objective news coverage.

Our local paper the Cincinnati Enquirer announced voluntary early retirements recently ... among those leaving is Borgman after 32 years. He’s a Bush bashing liberal award winning cartoonist that also co-authors ‘Zits’.

Waiting for the day when the Slimes have to shut down the “Voice of Southeastern North Carolina - The Star News.” It is the most left leaning paper ever - and staffed by a bunch of liberal, mush brain teenagers.

We need to defund and dismantle the liberal propaganda machines that are destroying traditional America. Refuse to subscribe/buy any liberal leaning newspapers. Never admit to watching leftwing cable or network newcasts (even if you do watch them). Never buy/rent or go to see Holywood trash. The same goes for the music industry. The goal is to have the Hollywood traitors parking cars or washing dishes to make their living until they stop poisoning people’s minds with their destructive messages.
