Although I might quarrel (if I were the quarreling type) with your number as being on the low side, I generally agree and fully expect at least that number to fall in lockstep behind The Messiah when their papers make it official.

One of the many things that this election will illustrate is how utterly and completely out of touch most 'news'papers are with the public that they profess to 'serve'.

I suspect that my local liberal rag, like others all across the country would love to endorse Obama, but they probaly aren't looking forward to contorting like a pretzel to justify the zee-roh-bama's non-existent list of accomplishments. Not to mention all his associations with the best scumbags this country has produced
