Sarah was interviewed in the Anchorage Daily News, and said that she was "leaking" amniotic fluid. She also said that after 4 kids, she knew what labor pains felt like, and she knew she wasn't in labor.
She called her doctor, and he approved her trip back to Alaska. She was back home for about 24 (36?) hours before Trig was born, albeit via a C-section.
There's no controversy here. This was a matter between Sarah and her doctor. No reputable doctor will second-guess it. Anything else is nothing more than a thinly veiled attempt at character assassination.
