Nope, that won’t do much to the ‘base’. I’m betting they’ll say that Sarah’s doctors gave her the abortion option, and she and her husband thought about it, and ultimately decided no. Its that ‘thinking about it’ that they’ll try to use to stir up the base.
Won’t be much of a war if one side has all the guns.
Is this a continuation of the “she had an affair” thing? The “divorce action papers requested to be sealed” business? What’s the timing on those events?
the baby is conspiring with Rove and Cheney to confuse the voters in Palm Beach County FL.
she has said in one of her videos being interviewed by somebody well before the vp stuff that the best advice she ever got was to "not try to please everyone".....
sick of this crap...people....
I'd like to see that Larry Sinclair story up there in the NYT.....
we've got to fight this....
send more money...write letters to the editor....attend rallies....
we must get McCain and Palin in the White house.
This is probably the first of many pucker-moments that we are all going to have between now and 11/4. The media can read the polls. Hell, they probably know more about how the polls are trending than is being reported. And it ain’t good for Obama. I think that what we are seeing is the beginning of the media not “doubling down”, but rather going all-in.
I think that the media wants Obama, but would have been OK with a McCain, since he is old and represents (in their mind) the ossification of the GOP. The old guard that has nobody in the wings to take over.
Then here comes Palin. She’s fresh, she’s unabashedly conservative and she’s popular. More popular than anything that they have ever seen. The media is now looking at the very real possibility of a generation of conservative governance. Twenty-five years of “Palinomics”. An energized and GROWING conservative electorate.
They are going to stop at nothing to pull her down. The reputation of the most hallowed newspaper in the US? Means nothing. They will toss it away like toilet paper to stop this juggernaut.
I really do weep for the Palins, because they could not have possibly have known what she was going to start with just being her.
And if they do take her down, the culture wars will start. And these won’t be wars of words...

Think we all need to chill.
The MSM has declared War and we’re going to have to deal with it.
Okay,
I have about HAD IT!!!! Think of it. This thread has become almost sounding like a TABLOID in and of itself!
I know we are mocking NYT and the HORRIBLE MEDIA that we live with these days.
But read back!! If there is nothing that we can do right now, other than NOT purchase their garbage news, then let’s get on here with positive affirmation without the lambasting. The NYT will self destruct if this is going no where!!
We all SUPPORT YOU SARAH... now on with Campaign 2008...
“ He that sitteth in the heavens will laugh”!!!
Let’s move on folks. If Sarah happens to “ look in on us” we must be making her feel terrible with all these “ mock” statements.
I personally would lock this thread if I were the mod!
I’m sorry, but that is how I feel....
Maybe Sarah’s determination and spirit is affecting ME NOW!

They want her to drop out of the race more than they want Obama to win. If they didn’t, they would hold bad news on her until closer to the election.
You mean the same Obama that has the word 'President' embossed on his seat on the campaign plane?
Drudge now reporting his source came from the “Newsroom.”
this is insanity....

Tradition reports his order at Lexington Green to be “Stand your ground. Don’t fire unless fired upon, but if they mean to have a war, let it begin here.”
Todd is a pilot, which explains Piper’s name.
Exactly. Post 507 hits the nail on the head.
HIPAA rules can’t be washed like drug money.
The NYT can not violate via proxie any more than a thief can legitimatly sell stolen property. If the NYT obtained the information via a violation of the HIPAA rules the first amendment does not give NYT cart blanche for stupidity.
