When I saw the video, it was obvious his comment was being taken out of context and people were hearing only what they wanted to hear. This is not the gotcha we’ve been waiting for!

You know, I haven't even thought of that angle before you mentioned it.
It might be because George and Obama had long discussions before the airing about the interview to get their stories straight, and Obama screwed it all up. Thus, George was scrambling to provide Obama's cover for the oopsie.

Either way, Obama's again on the defensive, and pissing off another part of his base.

Hamas must not be too pleased with him today.

Either way, we all know that the only way that he can get out of this hole is for him to come clean. If it were WJC, he'd come out and admit it with a, "So what?" attitude, and send his attack dogs in the enemedia to begin their chants of, "Racist!" and, "Islamophobic!" toward anyone whio brings the subject to light.

However, Obama isn't that smart and calculating in these situations -although he thinks he is.
And the comedy continues every time.
