ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Sen. Barack Obama's foes seized Sunday upon a brief slip of the tongue, when the Democratic presidential nominee was outlining his Christianity but accidentally said, "my Muslim faith."
The three words - immediately corrected - were during an exchange with ABC's George Stephanopoulos on This Week, when he was trying to criticize the quiet smear campaign suggesting he is a Muslim.
But illustrating the difficulty of preventing false rumors about his faith from spreading, anti-Obama groups within one hour of the interview had sliced it out of context and were sending it around via email. They also were blogging about it.

Freud probably would have called it a parapraxis.

People under pressure make mistakes. Being President of our country is all about being under pressure every minute, every hour, every day for as long as they sit in the White House.
If Obama can't stand the pressure of a campaign how in the world can he bear up with the demands and pressure of President?

Looks like the Washington Times is reporting “my Muslim faith” quote:
- "Let's not play games," he said. "What I was suggesting -- you're absolutely right that John McCain has not talked about my Muslim faith." And you're absolutely right that that has not come." -
Huh. Isn't that surprising. And you said the thread posted on FR about this quote was embarrassing and should be pulled and Obama did not say “my Muslim faith”.

Does anyone have a YouTube link, or is YouTube rigorously enforcing ABC’s copyrights?

Just imagine if it was homosexuality instead of Muslim Faith.

People under pressure make mistakes. But I cant, for the life
of me, imagine a situation where I would get confused and call
myself a muslim when I am a Christian.
If someone talks about "my Muslim faith" on national television,
even if it's a gaffe...
I don't want that person "answering the phone at 3 AM".
It's a MONUMENTAL cock-up.
Well, at least for those of us that have "not forgotten" what
happened on 9-11.

IMO Obama has homosexual tendencies too because of what Larry Sinclair reported. I tend to believe Larry Sinclair that he performed oral sex on Obama on more than one occasion.

The three words - immediately corrected - Those three words were not immediately corrected. Obama went on talking, and George had to correct him.

You are probably correct. I believed O’Bama’s flub on the 57 states was trying to switch from 50 states to the more accurate 47 states and he stepped on his words.
However, things like this have a life of their own when there is a consensus of an expectation.
In O’Bama’s case, many think he is a Muslim from Indonesia. Therefore things like missing the number of states and saying Muslim when he should say Christian are going to stick.

Osama HUSSEIN Obama used the words...”MY muslim faith”. Not anything about “my SUPPOSED muslim faith”.
You can’t spin that into anything other than what he said, even with Georgie Stuffonupolis helping out.

“Obama seems to be his own worst enemy.”
He often highlights his weak points, like guns, by rambling and not giving short answers.

I'm just saying i don't think he would have said "John McCain has not talked about my Uhh Uhh homosexuality" as freely as he said "Muslim Faith"

When McCain slipped up on Sunnis and Shias a few months ago and immediately corrected it, didn’t the MSM spend a week harping on it? Will Obama get the same treatment?

All three paragraphs in the above excerpt contain real, significant elements of media bias. Was this article presented as a news story or “analysis”?
