I actually sent OReilly a letter about that segment. Tanya was reviewing the clip of McCain announcing Sarah as his running mate and they were discussing McCain's body language. She was talking about his 'fig leaf' stance with his hands clasped together in front of him. Both she and OReilly commented that he really should clasp them behind his back.

I wrote asking him if it ever occurred to either of them that mabye he CAN'T clasp his hands behind him (or that it would be an uncomfortable position) because of his injuries while a POW. I can't believe neither one of them thought of that.

Yes, that’s right. My hubby and I were yelling the EXACT same thing at the TV. What ignorant boobs they both are! UGH!

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe McCain has talked about how his arms were wrenched behind him and his head forced down to his knees while a POW.
