He also knew what He had to do, to be effective. No knee-jerk flailing around for Him, and we should do the same. Understand what I am saying here.

Is there cause for concern? Certainly! But what does He want us to do? Succumb to fear, or to do His work, in an effective manner? The latter, I believe...

I don't think he was afraid. I just think he knew the pain he would go through because of being made of flesh and wanted God to give him a way to avoid it. Obama is not going through any physical pain...he should not be nervous and messing up like this if he has a strong faith. I want someone who has a mature faith leading this country. But that's just me.

I think stressed out with sorrow for what is about to happen to him... he was showing his humans side.... if he was in fear, he would have never went to the cross.
