Well, ya know, he wrote two memoirs- I wonder if he mentioned this potential career choice in either one of them. He also ran for the Senate in Illinois- again, I wonder if he mentioned this. In fact, I wonder if he ever mentioned this at any other point in his life. If this doesn’t make him a national laughingstock, nothing will.
