It’s a professional networking site. You create your profile, including your resume of past employment and you can search for old friends there. You can let people link to you if you know them or if you want them to. You can hunt for jobs or check out various companies. If your coworkers are members, you can link to them as well and create an expanding network of people you know.

The single most powerful business networking website on the planet. The Google of networking for professionals worldwide.

It’s a heck of a lot more useful than Facebook.

I’m hoping they’ll go public, because they’re already exploding.
