W appointed Rats. Clinton appointed a RINO. Nothing new here. Folks expect Lieberman might be tapped for a Cabinet post in a McCain administration.
Frankly, so long as they are capable and remember their loyalty to this Country and their boss, the President, I don't care what party a Cabinet officer came from.

I think the loyalty is very important even in lower level jobs. I think some staffers in the CIA and FBI stabbed Bush in the back.
