The song isn't flattery of barracudas...
Your points are very well taken. My over-arching point was not whether or not Palin should use the song, as I’m sure you understand. Personally, I couldn’t care less if I ever heard the song again. I simply used the story as a launching pad to illustrate yet another way of pointing out the inherent hypocricy in the feminist doctrines born in the 1960s (and still alive today).
Your take is very good.
Thanks for responding.
Hey Wilsons, remeber the Dixie Chicks? NObody else does!
"I love this town, New York. I can just walk around like any other person down the street or where ever".--John Lennon, spoken while actually wearing rose-colored glasses.
If there was a hall of fame for bands whose entire career was based solely on riping off Led Zepplin, Heart would be one of the first inductees.
What the hell are you taking about?
I wonder if Hall and Oates would get upset if they used their song ... “Sarah Smile” ? I wanna smile a while for you , Saaaarrraaahh .
I think it would be cool if they played Johnny Horton’s “North to Alaska” at Sarah’s rallies.
Yes, it’s like read the LYRICS! They don’t need that “Barracuda” or these two witches approval. They should have Gretchen Wilson write and sing a song called “Sarahcuda”. John Rich already wrote “Raising McCain” so why not his buddy writing one for Sarah? Gretchen’s awesome.
Here's another case in the Heart study of similar sounding words.
Can ya finger out what the title is trying to say in a twisted way?
Nancy is a hetrosexual and has always been one. She’s married to Cameron Crowe and they had children together.
Ann, not so much.
Your point?
Interesting that you mention Led Zepplin. Notice that Robert Plant is now working closely with Allison Kraus to release CDs and tour. I don’t see Allison as being too much of a Democrat. The Wilson sisters should lighten up.
Ummmmm Nancy.
