Now now, let's be fair here. First, the hospital got a million dollars but only paid the Obamas $200,000. A 400% return on investment is sound fiscal management. And the hospital trusted Barack enough to pay the bribe in advance—they doubled Michelle's salary after Barack was elected but before the earmark. Your average politician doesn't deserve that kind of trust.
