She’s been in the campaign 7 days.

Biden disappeared to write and practice his speech ... so did Sarah. Then she did the Convention.

Liberals would not be happy unless she has a full press conference on day one.

is the coverage is going to define her as much as the campaign."

LOL. I figured any posted MSM articles regarding Sarah were negative, so the barf alert was simply implied.

Sarah Palin has yet to meet the press

Yes we can all tell that. That's why they still have limbs.

Oh, you mean a sit down with that racist hag opra?
No wait, she will not allow Palin on her show.
I never cared for her highness, “The Great Large One”, and never understand how the women with white shame can tune in and take her racist nonsense.

Yup, those media people have every reason to be unhappy: They’ve blown all their chances to have access to Sarah, who is the hottest story in the world right now.

Who cares? I mean really, that's like I should care that she meets the crazy old man down the street. These presstitutes are so full of themselves.

What a totally pointless article, and to think they actually get paid for this.

The McCain campaign owes those snakes nothing.

"There's no question that we've had less and less access to McCain himself," said Richard Stevenson, the paper's political editor. "Certainly the Times has had a strained relationship with that campaign for a while."

Could it be that you ran the McCain affair story without proof of any kind? And never touched the Edwards story with proof? Nah you all are journalists with no agenda. Just reporting the news as it comes in.

I should hope McCain is having his good friend,Joe Lieberman, give debating lessons to Gov Palin.
Other than on national security issues,Joe is just as liberal as Biden and an even better debater.
If Joe were to say she is ready to “meet the press” then she is.

and yet she is the most popular of all of them...

http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/election_20082/2008_presidential_election/palin_power_fresh_face_now_more_popular_than_obama_mccain

Perhaps most stunning is the fact that Palin’s favorable ratings are now a point higher than either man at the top of the Presidential tickets this year. As of Friday morning, Obama and McCain are each viewed favorably by 57% of voters. Biden is viewed favorably by 48%.

> Sarah Palin has yet to meet the press

She has a very unique opportunity to do as Reagan did, and bypass the press and speak directly to the American people.

Maybe she hasn’t met them, but she’s seen more than enough of them.

She’s a journalism major, I think she’ll be just fine.

Less than two months before voters hit the polls, Palin has yet to sit down for or even schedule an issues-oriented interview with any newspaper, magazine or television network. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> The message from Palin is clear. Americans will elect the next president of the USA, not the MSM.

Why should she sully herself?

She doesn't have to go on the MSM media. Her popularity ratings are sky high with just stumping on the campaign trail.

"But I mean, like from who?” Wallace asked. "From you?”

When Carney answered "Yes," Wallace followed up with, "Who cares?

"I think the American people want to see her," Wallace continued. "Who cares if she can talk to Time magazine?"

snip

This past Tuesday, a McCain spokesperson described Elisabeth Bumiller, one the reporters on the McCain beat, as a "fiction" writer."

Oh, I like this. McCain's broken up with his MSM mistress. I like it.
