I remind them (Obama's) mother was white. He sees all sides, and he could be just what we need to bring this country together

Funny, he doesn't seem to mention that she was an atheist as well as a white girl. He also doesn't mention that an atheist mother and muslim father gave the baby a Hebrew name. (Obama's campaign has often pointed that "Barack" has some meaning in Hebrew; I don't know what it is.)

The closest I can think of is “Baruch,” one of the Apocrypha. And since Apocrypha means “hidden,” that explains Nobama’s past very well.

It means "lightning" in both Hebrew and Arabic.

Barack Obama's father was also named Barack Obama. He's just Obama Jr.

Barack is Arabic and Swahili for "blessed;" the Hebrew equivalent is Baruch.

There's also a Hebrew name, "Barak" which means "lightning."
