This tells us more than any poll result could: Palin is having a huge impact, and they’re seeing this in their own internal numbers. Right now, they’re literally begging Hillary to go attack dog on Palin for them.

Never bring a boy to a man's fight. Sarah never said she opposed all earmarks and I don't think McCain did so either. Just wasteful and abusive ones. Obama himself requested earmarks for his own state. As a political attack line, its a poor one!

Let's see. She comes on as a first-time politician, mayor of a town of 9,000 and requests earmarks. She believes this is the way things get done. She grows up politically. She becomes governor. She turns against earmarks. I'm not sure I get the problem.

OTOH, Obama in 200 days in office, like real recently, pulled off $1MM per day in earmarks. Like real recently.
