Yep, I read some of them. I stopped after reading multiple alcohol-related offenses. Similar problems, just colder and more terrain to cover.
The Border Patrol has the same problem. Lousy working conditions and trouble getting new recruits. Qualified people are going to where the money is and the living is easier.
