Whats so very cool about it all, is that it happened for so many at that same time, most of us watched it together, and we all knew exactly what we were looking at and hearing and that collective SHIFT in perceptions of our future and our Party’s future and the future of the country was just awesome. I will remember this! I was too young for Reagan...

We all see and hear and get bombarded with “how evil conservativism is”..... its everywhere, its bound to get us down. The Network news, Sitcoms, newspapers, pundants, talking heads, the tabloid in the grocery store, the uber liberal teaching our kids in public schools we have no choice but to send our kids to to be indoctronated (even if subtly) by all that liberal nonsense..... Enough is enough. If we want to stop it we have to do something about it, electing Obama does NOT come to mind!

Go buy a yard sign from McCain.com and put it up. I don’t have a lot of money to spend, but I will fork out for that and a sticker! Hell ya! Do it with me.

America never rejected conservatism. The Republican party did.

I was not too young for Reagan, but not as politically aware as I am now so I feel as if I did not really experience how magical he was in the early days. I, of course, voted for him twice and loved him, but it was more like he was the confirmation of my own core values rather than the “savior” of the American dream. Now, looking back, and with Rush as my mentor, I can see it. With Sarah, it is different, not because she is a woman as I am, but because I was becoming resigned to the demise of conservatism - except for Bobby Jindal, who obviously is needed elsewhere right now. I am SOOOO excited!!
