It doesn’t matter, because BET is correct, hardly any black people are voting for McCain.

I am far from a legal expert but thought this issue is more about "equal time" regulated by the FEC. I remembered it being raised a few times in the past year. I guess opinions are conflicted on how it applies to cable stations. Is Stephen Colbert Breaking the Law?
