Rush does not agree with you, and if you had stayed up to watch Greta last night, you would have heard Rush make a rare telephone appearance on her show where he gave immediate reviews on McCain's speech and the last night of the convention.

To sum up Rush: Sarah Palin has unified the party. McCain had to do that and that is why McCain's choice of Palin is Brilliant. Having accomplished that task, it frees McCain to do what he does best, which is to woo the moderates and undecideds. Looked at in that light, McCain's speech was a good one. Not great, but good. A "workmanlike" speech.

McCain offered humility UNDER god and the future.
