Sadly, this is Investors Business Daily. They tend to have a rather (and understandably so) conservative bias.

IBD has been so pro McCain lately I suspect they have gotten the ‘word’ from somewhere to cool it!
They’ve been a bit schizophrenic in the past so this is simply reverting to type.
