I grew up in Napa Valley when it was still made up of farming families and was solidly Republican and conservative (partially due to ongoing battles between the local farmers and Cesar Chavez and his Marxist United Farm Workers who were trying to take over the valley through strongarm tactics, even though local farm workers were opposed to him). Unfortunately, now it’s full of rich leftwing wine snobs and Dot-Commers. Kind of sad actually.
