Aha...I see the problem. That link doesn't break the bills out by General Assembly, and it isn't showing the bills the way that it describes.

will show you Obama's bills from the 90th General Assembly (1997-1998). Just replace 'legisnetXX' in the URL with the General Assembly that you're interested in.
