I also talked to Phil Berg. He is updating his site but I got the feeling he doesn’t reallyn have a reliable IT person and is using Friends, Consultants , or someone from the outside to do this since there is not timeframe available for the upload of yesterday’s events.

If anyone is expecting to blow him out of the water via the courts they are going to be disappointed.
Of course we know that the Republican establishment will be all over this since they have Obama's real birth certificates. They have his passport records from Indonesia. They have the papers showing he entered Pakistan on an Indonesian passport. They also have Michelle's whitey speech. Oh wait, the Clintons have that. There are posts here that confirm all of this. I'm sure these items are being saved for late October.
These legal eligibility arguments are full of easy to find holes. See my about page for some more resources. The only possible problem he could have is if he was born in Kenya. But that issue can't be heard in Federal Court. The Constitution appears to leave it to the voters and Congress.
As a political issue I seriously doubt the American people will focus on what might have happened during the first days of Obama's life any more than they will focus on the first few days of McCain's life. Try Summing these arguments up in the 30 seconds given to a 527 ad.
Maybe there will be some bomb that leads to a fifty state sweep. The reality is that this will be a hard fought traditional campaign and the odds are against us. Resources should be allocated wisely.
