There’s a number of angles to the lawsuit.

Obama may NOT have been born in Hawaii but in Kenya.

Obama went to Indonesia and his mother married an Indonesian. On the school paperwork he is listed as an INDONESIAN CITIZEN and his religion is listed as MUSLIM.

Then he used an Indonesian passport in 1981 to visit his mother in Pakistan. Indonesia does NOT allow dual citizenship.

Now Obama could have regained US citizenship IF he went before a judge.... between his 18th and 21st birthday but there is NO proof that he did that.
